Congratulations Karen Bennetts – promotion to AMI Trainer for Administrators

It  is with great pleasure that we share that Karen Bennetts has recently been promoted by AMI from Auxiliary Trainer to the role of AMI Trainer for Administrators. This significant milestone marks another phase in Karen’s inspiring journey of growth and dedication to AMI training and contribution to Montessori, both within SMTC and the wider AMI and Montessori community.

Karen has been an integral part of our SMTC team for several years, working with AMI Trainer for Administrators, Bill Conway, on all of our AMI Administrator Certificate courses to date. Karen has also served on our SMTC board since 2020.

Karen brings extensive experience in the field together with an innate ability to effectively communicate and mentor those around her. Karen’s commitment, expertise, and unwavering passion for Montessori education have earned her the admiration and respect of her colleagues.

In her new capacity as AMI Trainer for Administrators, Karen will continue her work in supporting current and future Montessori leaders to further develop their skills and experience, to build and lead high quality Montessori learning environments.
