Back to the Training Centre

Back to the Training Centre is exactly that – a dedicated, day-long opportunity to return to the training environment in-person and spend time in our permanently prepared spaces with colleagues and AMI trainers. These in-person days offer a chance to refresh key areas of practice with a particular focus on materials, and to extend and deepen your understanding beyond what was covered in your original Montessori training.

Following a successful pilot in 2025, in 2026 we have been pleased to run our first official Back to the Training Centre program for the 0–12 age-levels. This is now part of our annual support program for Montessori trained educators so they come Back to the Training Centre regularly.

Breaks and Refreshments

Breaks for lunch and tea are built into the schedule.  Participants are welcome to enjoy their lunch in the communal space at the Training Centre. While food is not provided, complimentary tea and coffee will be available throughout the day. Participants are encouraged to bring lunch and snacks with them, or to visit one of the nearby cafes within walking distance.
