Leadership Workshops
2026 Leadership Workshop Support
High-quality, Montessori-aligned leadership is essential to the success of Montessori schools and centres. Alongside our flagship AMI Montessori School Leadership Certificate, our accessible, leadership-focused professional learning offers regular extension, connection and support.
In 2026, this includes two TiPS for Leaders sessions as well as our deeper-dive Leadership Reconnect Workshop. Each session explores an important, and often challenging, area of leadership practice, offering support, reflection and practical ideas to help guide your work.
TIPs for Leaders
TIPS for Leaders is designed to support and inspire Montessori leaders, or aspiring leaders, facilitated by our SMTC leadership faculty running in a very similar way to our core program, TIPs for Educators.
In 2026, we are offering two TIPS for Leaders sessions, each priced at $25 + GST per person per session. These are entirely online and on Monday evenings at 7pm (Sydney, Melbourne, Canberra time).

Leadership Reconnect Workshop
Reconnect Workshops are live online deeper dive sessions with AMI trainers from around the world. In these sessions we explore often challenging areas of Montessori practice and consider practical strategies you can take away to support your own environment or workplace. The Leadership session focusses on issues important to school and centre leadership.
Each workshop runs for 4 hours in total, delivered as two 2-hour sessions that build on each other, giving leaders time between sessions to trial strategies, observe outcomes, reflect on their implementation and ask questions.
Open to all, these sessions are a deep dive into an aspect of practice or management. These are entirely live online and cost $95 +GST for the entire 4 hours.
In keeping with the Montessori philosophy of mutual respect and global community building, we request you have your camera on during the session.
